Today I sent out my account transfer form to optionsXpress
Finally after lots of confusion in my head I finish filled out the account transfer form. Thanks to optionXpress support (Melisse) who kindly guide me to the end. The form is actually simple 2 pages but since I’m transferring from individual account to joint account it become more complicated for me especially when I and my partners have to put signatures.
This is my first time sending a document to US although I received many packages from them. First I sorted out which courier I would like to use. After deep consideration I picked Fedex as my courier, although the price was not friendly for my pocket 
I hope they will send my documents in 2 days as their promised to me.
At first I used the PO BOX address of optionXpress, but Fedex reject it because they cannot handover the document without receiver’s signature. I also tried another company and they also reject for the same reason. I checked again in optionsXpress website and finally found the non PO BOX address.
Now my document is on the way, hopefully I can begin trading shortly after they receive it
